Believe it or not?

My battery died, so i bought a new battery and put it on. It still would not start, so I ask the dude to get my bike, bring it to the shop and see what the hell is going on.

They found out that I need a new Starter Motor. Luckily, Kawasaki is going to pay for it.

The bad news is it might take a while until they get it here. The dude says it could take up to 4-5 bloody weeks.

Even when it was new if I stall the engine, I let it roll and off clutch, never start back the engine.

I tried with the new battery as well.

Is it only on my bike, or VN900 in general?

Could you try your bike next time Adam?

That's my experience as well. Go for 2nd, sufficient speed and you'll be ok.

Hi AJ,

It will take a few weeks to get it from Japan.

Thanks for asking. I am really missing it.

Hopefully it comes sooner.
