21 March Ride

Hi guys,

Anyone is interested to going for a ride on 20 March?

Any suggestion for destination?

20th or 21st Harry, as the 20th is a Sturday

What about Wollombi pub for lunch on the way to the Hunter. We could stop at Brooklyn on the way perhaps.

I can't make the 21st. NSWR had a ride to kangaroo Valley for lunch.

I changed the destination to Sutton Forest Inn. Allison from the Inn said she could put on a BBQ for us and I'd like to support her and see how well the Inn can put on a BBQ for riders.

So, Sunday 21 is better.

Well i should be ok for this ride but the food at the wollombi hotel hasnt been that good lately
but not sure where else to stop off for food. I dont mind if you guys eat at wollombi i will be sustained with liquid nourishment. What about a meet time of 9am at PITS and we carry on from there!

What about that pub at Pokholbin we went to last time Harry, food was good and beer was cold
and quite reasonably priced

HI all. I will be joining Ed and NSWR on the Sutton ride. I know we only just did it but hey it was a nice ride and would like to support Ed NSWR and the PUB.

We have 35 so far and Mark Thompson from SCM will be riding the new VFR 1200F. That should create a stir at Bald Hill and the Pie Shop.

Sorry boys - Im out for Sunday - looks like I will be working on Sunday afternoon after all.

I hope I didn't offend anyone with that NSWR ride Harry, that was not the intention.

Next weekend should be OK. Deborah is going for her bike licence on Saturday (Heaven help us road users) but Sunday looks good so far. Would still like to go North.

I'm rostered off on the 21st March, so could come out from Newcastle and meet you guys for lunch somewhere in the Valley (assuming you still want to come that way). Also assuming my dose of the flu clears up now that I am on anti-biotics. I agree that Wollombi pub meals are only average, but the last time we had Sunday lunch at Harragon's Pub at Pokolbin the queues were enormous. There are plenty of eateries in the Hunter Valley to choose from.
Following weekend looks OK as well.

Well i have decided to go to the bike show in Greta, so i will head up via wollombi from PITS
if anybody wishes to join me you are more than welcome.

Ed noone has taken offence to the ride you posted, i was actually going to join you on that
ride but upon inspection of my rear tyre today i have decided a shorter ride is in order until my
new tyre is fitted next week.

To all that are riding this weekend be safe, there have been too many accidents recently and i
wish to ride with all of you again soon
