Welcome to the site. If you want to keep your hearing, ride in front of Stew lol!

What mods have you made to your custom? If you haven't added a new seat from www.mustangseats.com then you may after riding mine and Harry's. Hope to catch you soon on a ride. If not before, perhaps the ride to jenolan caves Sunday 6th June.

Hi Fender. You asked about the air kit.
I think it is good but since you have pipes you will also need to add a power commander for the bike, should give you and extra 5-10% power with the right mapping.
But you cant change pipes and air without add the PC.
I'm always up for a Palmy ride let me know when you and Rod are going.

thanks for info stew .....at the moment only have the v&h pipes ....standard air filter dont know too much about the power commander ....i do get a little popping and little backfire when decelerating down a hill sometimes not sure if thats doing any damage to the bike but sounds kind a cool Very Happy ....as for riding let me know when stew its suits roddy and yourself ok

The popping and backfire is caused by the pipes and not changing the fuel.....it wont hurt the bike and does sound pretty cool haha.
If you put a power commander on it that will stop the popping.
But no point in doing that unless you change the air also. Can be a little expensive though which is why I still have both the air and the PC sitting in a cupboard Basketball
