SVR Ride Sunday 2nd May 2010

Any ideas for a ride Sunday 2nd May.

How about Hunter Valley (Tempest 2 or nearby), or Tarana Pub for lunch?

Sounds good Ed, we've been that way but.

We should get those guys from up there to come down here sometime.

I have an idea...:

Meet at Heathcoat, go to Sublime Point Lookout, continue to Mt Kiera Lookout, have luch right there, come back through The famous Stanwell Tops and come back to Sydney via the Royal National Park.

What do you think...?

Well I would rather go North have been south a lot lately almost every weekend.
But hey happy to tag along where ever.

I agree Stew, we have done South a lot. However, a ride is a ride and I'll go with the concensus of members. That ride via Mt Keira was good. Lets just make a decision and stick to it.

Pretty sure the the 2nd May will be fine. Count me in north or south I dont mind. Going south what would the round trip distance be?

Harry, please check the above map to ensure it is in line with your thoughts.

McDonalds Heathcote, Sublime Lookout, Mt Keira, Bald Hill Lookout then back to Loftus Oval via RNP.

Distance of about 130 kms from Heathcote back to Loftus Oval. I returned to loftus Oval as that takes us the whole of the RNP from Bald Hill Lookout. What about stopping at the Scarborough Hotel about 15 Min's before Bald Hill travelling North for High Tea (or coffee). Great view from there also. Not a long trip distance wise, but very scenic.

Given it is not a long trip, how about a 9:00 meet at McDonalds Heathcote with a 9:30 depart.

Bad news guys.................. I am soooooooooooooooooooooo sorry....!!!!

I have visitors from Canada and I have to pick them up from the airport and I have to show them around as my wife can't do it.

you wouldnt be that lucky aj the helmet is not a large its a 2xl way too big .

so its here if anyone know of some one who will fit a 2xl helmet with visor let me know

That must be a small 2xl mate, i have checked my other helmets and they are all L and 1 XL so
it fitted me well so not sure how i confused the sized, my apologies on tht Roddy catch up on the next ride'
