Great ride today guys. Always nice to see some new country. Definitely worth a revisit in the summer. Harry, sorry you didn't continue on. The weather cleared up shortly after. All the pics may be seen at the following link:

Yes great ride - thanks everyone. A bit further than I had anticipated. I really thought we would be there by 12 pm so apologies for dipping out early. not to worry was good to catch up and get away. i was surprised as to how cold I was because I had a lot of gear on and still felt it. I am thinking of investing in some decent leathers. What are you thoughts on this?

Do we have any suggestions for the next run?

leathers really make a difference in the cold. I wear the leather pants and no wind or very little gets through, if i put thermals on under it very warm. There is also the safety factor I guess and when I am riding distance by myself I often feel safer in full leather. May have something to do with I ride faster on my own then with a group as well. This time of year though I think leather is great!
