| Hi all, Ed posted this on NSWR and has mentioned it a couple of times as being a great ride with a lot of bikes. Anyone interested in going along? Thought it might be good as a club ride sort of thing. Ed I'm not sure what the procedure is and possibly at this late stage accommodation may be difficult. If there is any interest in going as a group please let me know and will look into it further. I would be keen and maybe even add an extra day either side depending on work. Check it out http://www.snowyride.com.au/ | |

| I have been the last 3 years and had a great time. Can't make it this year. My daughter is celebrating her 21st on 08 November so I am under strict instructions to stay at home that weekend. | |

Yep, that is important. Start scanning those childhood pics now for that PowerPoint presentation. Did it earlier this year for my sons 21st. A lot of fun. We'll be sure to have a celebratory drink for her.

| The 2009 Snowy Ride was fantastic and I encourage you to attend next year. There were about 3,200 registrations so with registered pillions etc, they guess there were about 2800 bikes. Great country, perfect weather. Even got to make a snowman. Got a puncture Sunday morning and was very glad that I had my Pashnit compressor with me. Along with my puncture kit, was able to be back on the road very soon. Pics can be seen @ this link: 2009 Steven Walter Snowy Ride pics | |

Thank you very much Ed. Yes, it did go very well. We had about 70 guests, a good mixture of family and friends, young and old. My daughter did not want the PowerPoint presentation but we did raid the family photo albums and made up several large photo-posters which we placed on the walls. A good night was had by all! The young ones were happy to crank up the music once the oldies went home ! Also glad to see you had a wonderful weekend as well.
