| Anyone thought about a club patch/logo? Would be great to have a patch to put on a jacket. Actually an excuse to get a new jacket to put the patch on too! | |

| Yes Cam.
Do you know any place that can do it?
Do you have anything in mind in terms of how the patch should look like?
Let me know if you do, you can email it to me too?

| Sounds like a good idea. What about some T-Shirts as well? | |

| I am no artist (as you can see!) but I thought something simple like this maybe? Really need a graphic person to help jazz it up a bit!! Maybe want the wings a little more like the logo as well but these were the best I could find | |

| Cam....... I am very impressed. It really looks good.
We only change it if someone comes up with better idea and I think this is damn good.

| Thanks Harry! It is a bit rough, I couldn't line up the bottom text properly and stuff like that. Would also have a thicker border round the edge I reckon and maybe change the wings a bit to look like the vulcan logo or something like that. Anyone out there got good photoshop skills? I do like the idea of keeping it simple. I could ask the lady who made the AKRON patches, if she can do anything with it if you want? You can view the AKRON patch here http://www.oztion.com.au/vshops/item.aspx?itemid=8306647&shopid=1080cheers, | |

| One of the Graphics designers at work is going to knock something up for us. Much neater and with air force style wings next to the V. Will post it up once I get it! | |

It would be great to put the website address somewhere.

| No probs Harry. I'll ask if he can put the website address under the V in a semi circle or something like that. Maybe just have it as "vulcanriders.org.au" to make it short and sweet? Or do you want the full www.vulcanriders.org.au? | |

| I like this one better.
Just get rid of the "www" because these days computers understand it without us typing it anymore.

| He will be working on it tonight so any other thoughts/ideas/suggestions welcome!
Will let my mate have some creative license too, he is pretty arty. Maybe he can come up with a few ideas I hope.

| Yep, that's the sort of wings I am talking about on the V. I have seen that same design used on a few clubs patches with the Kawasaki below and the stars above in the semi circles. Thanks for sending that through.
Will show my mate a few and see what he comes up with.

| Yep that's like this one from the UK Vulcan Riders Association. That's the one I was basing it off. How about we use something like those ones but have the "Sydney Vulcan Riders" as the main text and the website address in there somewhere as well? | |

| Here is idea one from the design people! I think it looks pretty cool but I have asked for some changes to it. I have asked to try the Sydney up the top same as the text at the bottom. Also to make the web address less prominent and remove the www from it. Will see what they come up with. I do like the font and the colours on this though! | |
