| I've seen someone asking for a date when it was already posted in the forum.

| Can I suggest:
- That we make more use of the calendar when posting rides. ATM, a lot of rides are not shown. If a date is still being debated when it is subsequently decided the author of the topic (or Admin) can edit it and put it on the calendar later as well as changing the topic header
- Full title in the post header eg 'Saturday 12th September - Nasho Ride'
- When posting a ride or suggested ride, follow a simple format like:
Destination :
Date of Ride : (Day/date)
Meeting Place :
Meeting time :
Departure time :
Route:
Include Google Maps if available.
If any information is missing or not confirmed, just show TBC and fill in the details later.
Then at a glance, all can see what is happening with the event. | |
