Lets go for a ride on Sunday 18 April.

Any idea for destination, let us know.

Hornsby - Gosford - Cessnock - Wollombi - Wisemans ferry - Hornsby


300k's approx 5hrs

good mix of hwy, country roads and lotsa twisties

It is a saturday so would have to confirm work schedule, not sure about you guys but sundays better for me

I was aiming for the 18th which was the Sat. Sunday the 19th is out for me on 2 counts - NSWR has a ride South which sounded great as does yours, but the winner will probably be a neighbours childs birthday party. Peace at home and neigbourhood correctness will probably win. Dammmn.

NSW Riders has a ride south on the 19th, meeting at McDonalds Heathcote at 8:00 and departing at 8:30. If you were considering a ride that way, how about joining them for brekky and then go separate ways as considered fit.

Perhaps I could then come for brekky at least. Whatever you want, just post the details.

I was thinking about meeting at Heathcoat BP station at 9am as AJ has to come from the central coast.

Otherwise we will go through the M5 so AJ can come from the M7 and meet up somewhere at the M5.

Hi guys,

We are going to meet at the parking yard at Holbeach Ave, Tempe and we are going to the kangaroo Valley Via M5.

We can stop for lunch at The World Best Pie before the Kangaroo Valley. Hang out in Kangaroo Valley and stop for coffee and then back to Sydney along the coast.

Harry could you please confirm if this is the route you intend to take, if so i may meet up with you guys around macquarie links or so as that would save me some time coming down ( sleep in a little LOL )

We will leave about 8.30 / 8.45 from Tempe.

Macquarie links sounds like a perfect place to meet up. We'll look out for you and if you get there first, try to call me, if I don't answer, that means I am riding and will call you back when I stop.

About the weather, I will look at it. Unfortunately there was something wrong with teh waterproof jacket that I bought and now it's being repaired.

Maybe we postpone it if the weather is bad. Lets fingers cross...! I think it shouldn't be too bad.
